Due to the fact, that our SuperControl Software is a development for international usage, it may be possible that some special settings in the system-configuration / country settings, can cause corrupt time and date displays in the software. Here is an example of an OM from USA. He got a time and date display like this one:
LOCAL: 2:47:41 PM DATE: 4/./0.02 UTC: 7:47:41 AM DATE: 4/./0.02
This is the product of wrong settings in the system-configuration / country settings. Please take a look to the following picture, where you can see the *WRONG* settings (refer to picture 1.1***):
(Picture 1.1 - wrong system-settings for the date format)
The display for the time and date should look like this one:
LOCAL: 2:47:41 PM DATE: 03.04.2002 UTC: 7:47:41 AM DATE: 03.04.2002
You'll get a correct time and date display, if you are using the following settings (refer to picture 1.2***):
(Picture 1.2 - correct system-settings of the date format)
*** The pictures will show german style windows, because the author only has a german system ! The settings window in your system can differ, but should look similar ! Unfortuneately the author don't know exactly the program names in your language, so we can't tell you exactly how to reach these windows system settings in your system. Please refer to your MS Windows users manual and search for country settings.
