I had a short QSO with commander Valery Korzun from ISS.
He stated that he will be changing the ISS packet frequency "Tonight".

The frequency change is a part of a short term APRS test which was
approved by ARISS.

I assume that the frequency change will take place as soon as he goes to
bed
tonight.

Then Starting October 9, please check 145.825 SIMPLEX for ISS packet
activity.
Also note that the call sign for the ISS packet mail box, the PMS
has changed to rs0iss-1  (rs ZERO iss DASH ONE).
The old call sign no longer is active for mail box (with out the DASH
ONE)
