Amateur Television 

The Association operates and maintains an Amateur Radio fast-scan, color NTSC (analog) television repeater system (ATV) at the Fitzgerald Mercy Hospital in Darby, PA (FM29) map The ATV repeater is located on the 10th floor equipment area of the administrative building of the Hospital.  The temporary ATV repeater input frequency is 421.250 MHz but will eventually be 427.250 MHz with a secondary input frequency of 1255.0 MHz.  The ATV repeater output is 439.250 MHz which can be viewed with a cable-ready standard analog television receiver on cable channel 60 using an outdoor antenna.

The ATV repeater output power is now approximately 5 watts but will eventually be 40 watts.  User remote control of the ATV repeater requires an analog FM signal on 144.340 MHz  PL 123.0 Hz.  The ATV repeater identifier has four screens with the callsign W3UER in color, can be initiated with the touch-tone code 900* and terminated with the touch-tone code 900#.

Local Delaware Valley ATVers contact each other using analog FM on 144.340 MHz and have an ATV Net on the N3ACL Eagleville repeater on 146.835 MHz  PL 88.5 Hz on Friday nights at 2000.
