The Big Four

	The "BIG 4" award consists of four awards rolled into
	one certificate.
	The Chesapeake Bay Chapter, after further review of the
	awards for WAS, WAUSCA, WAC, and WACTY, thought it would
	be worthy of a certificate as well as the points that are
	awarded for these individually. Therefore, we now have a
	certificate that is issued upon completing just one of the
	four above. Each award has a seal issued along with the 
	points for that award. After completing all four awards, a
	Big 4 number will be issued to complete the certificate.
