Neither Don nor the ATN are exchanging video or audio.  Either Don or the ATN can initiate video and audio exchange by right clicking on the other persons line and selecting "Switch Audio and Video" Note the yellow speaker and camera symbols on the ATN and Don Hill lines.   On this screen Don Hill is receiving video and audio from the ATN and the ATN operator can see Don's video and put it on Santiago if desired.
