2349 AST ON MAR 15, OR 0049 PST ON MAR 16, OR 0849 UTC ON MAR 16.
THE EARTHQUAKE WAS LOCATED 15 MILES N OF ANCHORAGE, AK
OR 30 MILES SW OF PALMER, AK  AT 61.4N, 150.0W, 19 MILES DEEP.

THE QUAKE WAS FELT SHARPLY IN PALMER AND ANCHORAGE, ALASKA.
NO DAMAGE HAS BEEN REPORTED AT THIS TIME.

EVALUATION: THE MAGNITUDE IS SUCH THAT A TSUNAMI WILL NOT BE
GENERATED. THIS WILL BE THE ONLY BULLETIN ISSUED.
