Fort Knox Amateur Radio Club BY-LAWS  Fort Knox Amateur Radio Club    BY-LAWS   TABLE OF CONTENTS        ARTICLE       SUBJECT        ARTICLE I      DEFINITIONS................................      ARTICLE II     MEMBERSHIP...................... ...........      ARTICLE III    GENERAL STATEMENT............................         Roberts' Rules of Order will, IN ALL CASES, be the prevailing guidelines for the Fort Knox ARC.     ARTICLE I  DEFINITION OF TERMS     Wherever they may appear in this document, the terms that are defined in this section shall have the specific meaning, and only that meaning, as defined in this section.                1.   Club - Fort Knox Amateur Radio Club.                2.   By-Laws - The By-Laws of the Club.                3.   Voting Members - Any member of Club                5.  Executive Officers - President, Vice President,                Treasurer and Secretary.   ARTICLE II  MEMBERSHIP     SECTION A - QUALIFICATION OF MEMBERS                1.   General Member - Any radio amateur holding a valid                 license who is nominated and elected by the                 Membership. And Must attend at least one (1) meeting per year       SECTION B - DUES AND FEES                   None     SECTION C - QUORUM                 Five (5) or more members.   SECTION D - ORDER OF SUCCESSION                     The order of succession of the Presiding Officer                 follow:  President, Vice President, Treasurer and                 Secretary.     SECTION B - ADMINISTRATIVE YEAR                1.   The Administrative Year Shall Be From Jan 1                   each year till Dec 31 same year. Election                   to be held last monthly meeting of each year.     SECTION F - REQUIREMENT FOR NOTICE                1.   Notice shall be by telephone or radio for                 Executive Committee Meetings called in                 no sooner then 24 hours before said                 meeting.    GENERAL STATEMENT     These By-Laws delete, amend, or create new bodies of  intent which shall supersede past By-Laws of the Fort Knox Amateur Radio Club from this date forward.  All issues not addressed by these By-laws shall  be defined and addressed By the General Membership.        Back to Fort Knox ARC Home Page
