One of the largest mountain peaks in American Samoa, the Rainmaker towers above Tutuila and is one of the reasons why it rains so much in this part of the world.

a few miles across.

At the very eastern tip of Ofu looking toward the island of Olosega on the horizon in the
background. The beach here is gorgeous with breathtaking snorkeling; I witnessed everything from a dazzling
lionfish sunning himself on the rocks to a blacktrip reef shark making his rounds.
