LtCol pil.Blechacz Lt Colonel pilot retired from Polish Air and Air Defense Forces in 2001. I have spent 3850 hrs in the air flying MiG-15, TS-11"Iskra" (jets), and PZL-130 "Orlik" (turbo-prop) mainly as an instructor pilot in the 60-th Air Training Regiment AFB Radom -Sadkow. I was a member of The Aerobatics Team "Iskry" for ten years.

I was working for the United Nations as an Aviation Officer in Sierra Leone for eleven years.

IT IS TIME TO GO HOME.

I am leaving 9L land by the end of March 2012. Antennas are down, radios packed and with heavy heart I have to say good bye Sierra Leone, good bye Freetown....
