Objective of this contest is to activate 144 MHz band out of
the first weekend period in the sense of DX activity and
exploration of propagation phenomenas. Contest is organized by
radio-clubs from the Kupa
river stream area in southern Slovenia and northwestern Croatia.

are not valid for this contest.
BONUS-POINTS
Each QSO with
coorganizer's stations (see list below) is valid for 250 points +
QRB,
and this year organizer 500 p + QRB 9A1CEU)
LOGs must be posted
no later than May 31st 2004.

LOGs with 10% or more mistakes in total score or 10% or more
not valid QSOs
(usual rule +/- 5 km & +/- 10 minutes/QSO is used) will be
used as CHECK-LOGs.
At least one QSO with any of the coorganizer stations is a
minimum
for taking place in official results.
All other rules are similar to standard IARU REGION I test.
