The award is available to all amateurs worldwide who submit proof with written confirmation of having contacted each of the 10 number areas of The Peoples Republic of China. Application Procedure

• Confirmations (QSLs) and application form may be submitted to CRSA.
• Be sure that when cards are presented for verification (either locally or to CRSA) to sort them alphabetically by numbers, as listed on the application form.
• The examination may take about one month.
• All applications sent to CRSA must include the appropriate fee(s)
  • US$3 or 4 IRC for each certificate (the fee includes any endorsements on the same application)
