Roman R.Thomas, RZ3AA, 42 years old, was graduated like radiocommunication and broadcasting engineer and later like lawyer. Now he is managing director of mechanical works at Moscow.

First time licensed UA3AHF in 1975 at age 16. During 1980 Olympic games RZ3AHF. First class license in 1981. Since 1984 RZ3AA. Main interest - DXing and contesting. Has 306 DXCC countries confirmed and 5B DXCC, looking
forward for DXCC Challenge. In 2001 use R73A callsign in contest operation.
Has US license - NP2KY. Member of ARRL, NCDXF, RSGB.
During last few years has visited a lot of countries all around the world
including rare - YB, 4S7, 8Q7, A6, 5Z4, 3A, GJ, HV, 5B4, J3, HC8, CE0A etc. but as SWL only. Guest of WRTC 2000 in Slovenia.

DX operation: 1981 EK8R - expedition to Pamir mountains to one of the rare Tadjikistan oblast (now EY), - May 2000 - KP2A, October 2000 - one of K5K team at Kingman Reef, also NP2KY/NH6, NP2KY/KH5, T32R.
