The HARTS Dinner

On Thursday evening, 7 December, HARTS officials hosted a dinner at Caueway Bay to which Mr K.S. Wong, Assistant Director of the Hong Kong Office of the Telecommunications Authority (OFTA), Mr Savio Leong Kam Po XX9BB, President of the Associacao dos Radioamadores de Macau (ARM), Mr Zhao Mingyu, President Chinese Radio Sports Association (CRSA), and Mr Fred Johnson ZL2AMJ, Director/Chairman The International Amateur Radio Union Region 3 (IARU Region 3) were invited as guests. It was a very enjoyable evening.
