PLL controlled Local Oscillators

Using a common PLL locked VCO as base frequency for three Ham bands. VCO is a Mini-circuits JTOS-3000P, 2200 - 2600 MHz turning range 0 to 5 volts.

I.e. 2.25 GHz x 2 + 1.2 GHz = 5.7 GHz


3 cm band

10 GHz Mixer diode pair HSMS-8202

VCO frequency x 2 x 2 + IF frequency = RF frequency

I.e. 2.25 GHz x 2 x 2 + 1.2 GHz = 10.2 GHz
