This is the largest Great Barracuda (Sphyraena barracuda) I think I have ever seen.  He certainly was well over 6', the maximum length I find stated in Humann & DeLoach, and even though I know these fish are never aggressive toward humans I was still reluctant to approach him too closely.  We found him at Ringer's Wall.  We had been told we could find a nice octopus there, but never managed to find him.  Instead, I had to content myself with this nasty looking fellow.

Above is Wesley's prize Barracuda shot.  She found him hiding under a ledge at Eagle Ray Roundup.  He was also much larger than normal, and I was amused watching the way she slowly inched in on him to get this photo.
