 This year's IARU contest will be remembered for extremely bad weather
 conditions and a lot of QRN. Some stations in Serbia had to make long
 pauses during severe lightning storms and power blackouts.
 The upper bands were unexpectedly bad, with no short-skip openings
 on 28 MHz, unlike the week before the contest. 
 14MHz was closed for 6 or 7 hours during the night,
 which  forced everybody to make some more QSOs on lower bands.
 As always, we will send all the QSL cards via the bureau.
