WYUCWK AWARD ( Worked YUCW Club Members)
WYUCWK Award is issued by CW Club of Serbia and Montenegro. This award is available to licensed Amateur Radio operators and SWLs throughout the world for having worked/heard YUCWK members. Contacts/receptions after 1 st January 2005. will be acceptable. All HF bands (1,8-3,5-7-10-14-18-21-24-28MHz) and modes are valid. YUCWK members predominiatly operate CW. To qualify for Award the following should be met.
- EU stations must have 7 contacts (receptions)
- NA stations - 3 contacts(receptions)
- SA stations - 3 contacts (receptions)
- AS stations - 3 contacts (receptions)
- AF stations - 3 contacts (receptions)
- OC stations - 2 contacts (receptions)
- AN stations - 2 contacts (receptions)
- VK1-8 stations - 3 contacts (receptions)
- ZL1-4 stations - 3 contacts (receptions)
- AL7/KL7/NL7/WL7 stations - 2 contacts (receptions)
As part of its 35 th anniversary celebrations, YUCWK is pleased to annouce that members will be using number "35" in the prefix during the year 2005. The list of YUCWK members and their callsigns as at 1 st January 2005. is following (other callsigns in use by YUCWK members- such as contest or special event callsigns, are also valid for this award:
- YT1: AA (4N35AA), AD (YT35AD, YT5A), II (YT35II), YT1WG (YT35WG).
- YT6: A (YT635A), T (YT635T).
- YT7: AA (YT35AA).
- YU1: AA (YU35AA), BM (YU35BM), CY (YU35CY), DX (YU35DX), GG (YU35GG), HC (YU35HC), MM (YU35MM), MV (YU35MV), NW (YU35NW), RJ (YU35RJ), SB (YU35SB), UB (YU35UB), VT (YU35VT), VV (YU35VV), WR (YU35WR), XW (YU35XW, YT5X), ZZ (YU35ZZ, YZ0Z).
- YU6: AW (YU635AW).
- YU7: EV (YU35EV).
- YU8: YL (YU35YL).
- YZ1: AA (YZ35AA, YZ1A), AU (YZ35AU, YZ2A), YZ1EW (YZ35EW, YZ5W).
- 4N1: GM (4N35GM).
- Club station 4N35CW also counts for Award.
Each member may be claimed for several HF bands. For example, EU contacts (receptions) made with the same member on 7 bands (respectively, 3. bands for NA/SA/AS/AF/VK/ZL stations, 2 bands for OC/AN/KL7 etc.) should be considered a successful application.
Application for WYUCWK Award must include a check list containing the log book extracts for the appropriate contacts. Such information should include date, time, callsign, band, mode, sent/received report (as well as correspondents callsign for SWLs). Each claim must be accompanied by the applicants QSL cards for the club members being claimed. The cost of WYUCWK Award is 5 EUR or 10 USD.
