Contesting

         Radio Club "Sevojno" has participated many YU and international contests with YU1AAX,YT9X or 4O1Z callsigns. Recently, we have made our contest location on Visoka Glava hill near Sevojno,  from which we have operated in several contests and it has proved to be a good location. Our results can witness about the success we have made: Two times 1^st place in "Kup SRJ" contest, 3^rd (world) in WPX CW '98., 1^st (YU) in YUDX '98., 1^st (YU) in IARU '98. and '99., 4^th (world) in ARRL 10m '99 ...

       Our operators have also worked as 4O0A in WPX 2000. and as 4O0HQ in IARU 2000. and 2001. (Yugoslavian National Teams).

       High speed telegraphy has great importance for the operators in our Club. We have participated all YU HST championships since 1999. The last one, in Velika Plana 2001. has been very successful. Milan Milovanovic YU1ZZ took the bronze medal in senior category,  while YL Ivana Ponjavic YT1RU took the silver medal in female competition. Our junior, Marko Marinkovic was first in his category.
