THE BANDS WERE VERY NOISY, CONDITIONS WERE WORSE THAN LAST YEAR, SPECIALLY ON SUNDAY. AFTER A FEW HOURS ON 40 METRES I HAD A HIGH SWR AND WAS FORCED TO CHANGE TO 80 METRES. Please results via direct , Thanks. UU7JM:I have took part in the 1996 Japan international DX contest CW low bands . I have been operate on 80m band only and achieve first place in Europe. I am still don't received any plaque for this victory. I have try to found the package on the central post office of the CRIMEA, but without luck. I have th e information that package did not come into CREMEA. If it possible please sen d me the number of that registerd mail package. I'll try to found it in my cou ntry. But may be better way is to send me another copie of Plaque. I can be do nor for it(pay money). I hope the quick answer. Best regards! K3ZO:Conditions were fair. This year the short path was best around 2130-2230G MT. JA5DQH had the best signal on 80 meters. He could even be heard on long pa th at 2200GMT but it was not possible to work him on that opening.
