Scara de dificultate - Difficulty Rating Scale

Am creat aceasta scala de dificultate pentru a usura cititorului estimarea efortului necesar pentru a realiza constructiile prezentate aici. Scala se bazeaza pe cele trei elemente de preocupare pentru  radioamatori: costul, timpul de realizare si complexitatea lucrarii. Evident, acesta scala este subiectiva si e conceputa doar pentru a da o imagine orientativa. Iata pe scurt descrierea nivelelor de evaluare din scara respectiva. In order to make easier for the reader to evaluate the total effort needed to realize the constructions I'm presenting here, I have made a scale of difficulty. It is based on the three, well-known issues of a hamradio: cost, time, handworking.

Obviously, this scale is subjective and is intended for orientation only. Here is the explanation of each issue and the respective scale.
  COST. Din moment ce piata de electronicale e aproape globalizata, preturile nu difera prea mult de la o tara la alta. Gradarea este urmatoarea: COST. As the market of the electronic components is almost globalized, the prices are fairly equal for the mostpart of the world. The rating is:
Maruntis. Sub 10 € Nickels and dimes. Under US$ 15
Cauta-te bine in portmoneu. Intre 11 si 100 € You have to seroiusly scratch your pockets. US$ 16 to 150
Ar fi bine sa ceri un extras de cont. Peste 100 € Check your bank account. Over US$ 150
  TIMPUL de realizare. Presupunand ca avem toate materialele si sculele care de obicei se gasesc intr-un garaj, si ca lucram fara discontinuitati majore, timpul este estimat dupa cum urmeaza: TIME. Supposing that all the needed materials and common "garage" tools exist, and the work is done without major discontinuity, the time is estimated as follows:
Clepsidra de oua poate sa ajunga. Oricum, nu mai mult de 2 ore. The egg-boiling sandclock migt be sufficient. Anyhow, no more than 2 hours
De obicei o dupa-amiaza libera e de ajuns. La maximum,  putem considera durata unei zile. Usually an afternoon is OK. To be sure, let's say within a day
Vorbiti si cu XYL-ul. Necesita un sfarsit de saptamana sau mai mult You have to talk to your XYL. A weekend or more is needed.
  MUNCA depusa. Estimarea se bazeaza pe aptitudinile obisnuite ale unui radioamator mediu, care considera "echipament home made" ceva care a necesitat o munca (si o gandire) mai complexa decat cea pentru o mufa lipita la un cablu, HI! HANDWORKING. This evaluation is made based on the common skills of those hamradios that call "home made equipment" something that implies more hand (and brain) working than soldering a jack to a cable, HI!
Pentru un radiaomator obisnuit, e o treaba care se face cu o mana. Numai operatii simple: taierea si lipirea unei placi de cablaj de test (cablaj pregaurit), masuratori si reglaje simple, realizari mecanice simple in cutii gata facute, folosind uneltele cele mai obisnuite. For an average-skilled hamradio, a hand is enough to do the job. Only simple operations: "test PCB" cutting and soldering, simple or no measurements and tunings, simple and little mechanical work on ready-made casing, the usage of the most common hand tools.
Avem nevoie de ambele maini, dar ne descurcam cu ele. Opratii de complexitate medie, inclusiv realizarea de cablaje imprimate, confectionarea de cutii sau panouri frontale, lucrari mecanice care necesita folosirea unor masini-unelte de māna,  folosirea de instrumente de masura specializate si reglaje care cer o anume experienta si indemanare. We will need both hands, but they'll be enough. Medium complexity operations, including the realization of a normal PCB, hand made cases and/or panels, some other mechanical work implying the usage of electromechanic hand tools, the usage of a specialized measurement equipment, and tunings requiring some skills and experience.

Operatii de mare complexitate sau dificultate, cum sunt cablaje imprimate fine, elemente mecanice facute pe masini-unelte; reglaje, masuratori sau tehnologii de montaj care cer o deosebita pricepere si indemanare, manipularea de tensiuni, curenti sau temperaturi inalte; folosirea de chimicale periculoase, montarea de piese grele, lucru complex la inaltime This "piano tune" is written for four hands, it's highly probable you'll need some help.  High complexity or difficult operations, like fine PCBs, some elements realized on machine-tools, special or highly skilled mounting, measuring or tuning technology, high voltage, current or heat manipulation, dangerous chemicals and/or some difficult works like mounting heavy parts or serious working on the roof.
