On RX: 1.3A

On TX, on 50 ohms pure resistive load, on CW key-down mode:
- 1W - 5.15A
- 2W - 5.35A
- 5W - 5.80A
- 10W - 6.6A
- 20W - 8.5A
- 30W - 9.5A

The driver stage (Q504) uses PD55015, a common source N-Channel, enhancement-mode, lateral Field-Effect RF power transistor.

For the final stage (Q301 - Q302) were chosen Mitsubishi RD70HHF1 silicon MOSFET power transistors.
