If you want to learn the Morse code, you can
use one of the most common circuits:
It is made with a usual NE555N bistabil IC. There
are two adjustment possibilities: You can modify the signal amplification and
also the signal frequency (tone). Instead of the 8W speaker you can use some
Headphones. You just have to adjust the impendancy with a 1:1 separation
transformator.

it is not a Freeware.
