The big tower on the right is the new site of the WX4MC/R antennas. The antennas are mounted on the north side of the tower at a height of roughly 240 feet. antenna_tower.jpg (20817 bytes)
Ed, WE9D, and Mike, WA4BLL, inspect the 2 meter and 440 MHz repeaters. These units are now up and fully operational thanks to persistent coordination and technical support from Ben, N4BG. we9d_and_wa4bll.JPG (27138 bytes)
The rack on the right contains the duplexers, power supplies, and repeaters. The ground system is maintained for all of the antennas mounted on the tower via a panel on the left hand side of the room (not visible). Overhead tracks keep the wires and cables orderly and out of the way. Lightning suppressors are used for all coaxial cables entering the room.

The STUFLA node of the 440 MHz packet LAN has also been added to the equipment in this rack. The antenna for STUFLA is located at about the 300 foot level for excellent coverage.
