COUNTRY COUSINS GIVE A HELPING HAND

Mrs. Elizabeth Hall
3086 Mabry Road N.E.
Atlanta, Georgia 30319

Dear Betsy,

I hope your Christmas was very nice and wish you the best in the coming year.

The Southern Section of the Country Cousins made the first donation from the Ed Hall Memorial Fund.

Katie DeRamus, a 12 year old young lady from Birmingham, Alabama is a cancer patient and her treatments have caused her to loose her hair. Her parents have insurance to cover the hospital expenses, but the medication expenses are not covered and as you can imagine very high. The hospital furnished a hat wig that was not very appealing and she wanted a hairpiece that looked natural. Her parents were unable to afford to buy her one.

The Country Cousins sent her $200.00 to cover the cost of the hairpiece and the accessories to maintain it.

Country Cousin Hank Willmon who brought Katie to the attention of the net said he couldn’t believe the change it has made in Katie. Her smile has returned and she is again a happy young lady.

Thank you again for your generosity.

Sincerely,

Bob Lenz

Chairman of the Board
