MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 8:15 A.M. COMMUNICATIONS: None
COMMITTEES: Elmer’s race is ready to go. Elmer gave a talk on the new map.
OLD BUSINESS: The RACES applications are at the Sheriff’s office. Craig’s homebuilt quad antenna worked well on the 100 mile race.
NEW BUSINESS: An ARES exercise is scheduled for the last Saturday in October The Rodeo City Radio Club voted to use a donated radio as a loaner for new Hams to use until they can pick one up. The KCRA repeaters are working fine at the moment.
MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS: There was a report on the APRS get together yesterday. Those that went learned that Kittitas County is somewhat behind in technology. Also it was confirmed by a phone call that the W0CZA node and repeater are in fact operated at Stampede Pass.
The meeting was adjourned at 0910 hours.
