MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 8:02 A.M. BY President Bill Lowery

Members present: KE7WRY Tim, AA7PR Dick, KB7LHE Dian, W7TXU Jim, KC7ZUM Ray, W7USR Tom, W7FEH Fred, KC7NTP Hazel, KB7XQ Bill, KI7AO Bill, W7HNH Jack, KE7GPG Iris, NC7C Bill, KD7MDX John, KE7PZV Clint, KC7ZQD Beth, KE7APW Steve, Barb, KE7FDL Karen, KE7FDM Roger, K7RZS Phil, and KE7OZA Bryan.
COMMUNICATIONS: Jack has not contacted George, W7GBL, in regards to what he wants for Peoh and who will have control.
COMMITTEES: Gloria send a thank you to the crew at Mineral Springs for the fine job on our county club dinner. After the meeting this morning W7USR and W7HNH will be putting on a demonstration of digital radio.
OLD BUSINESS: NONE
NEW BUSINESS: Nominations for next years Officers were opened. There were no new nominations so KC7ZUM made a motion to close the nominations and KI7AO seconded the motion. It was voted and passed. The nominees were Iris, KE7GPG, for vice president and Jack, W7HNH for secretary/treasurer. Being as there were only one nominee for each position, KI7AO made a motion to close the election and KC7ZQD seconded. The vote was passed. Next years officers will be KC7NTP, Hazel, President. KE7GPG, Iris, Vice-President. Jack, W7HNH, Secretary/Treasurer.
MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS:
The meeting was adjourned at 0814 hours.
