MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 8:02 A.M. BY President Dick Morrison

REPORTS OF OFFICERS: Treasurer $1566.26

Members present: KC7ZUM Ray, W7FEH Fred, KB7XQ Bill, KC7ZQD Beth, KB7QYF Stephen, W7TXU Jim, KC7NTP Hazel, K7RZS Phil, K7KFM Dick, WA7HNH Jack, KD7MDX John, N7AAW Boyd, WA7GYH Gloria, KE7APW Steve, Barbara, N7KGS Larry.

COMMUNICATIONS: There was a discussion on HB2335. All were requested to keep track of its progress.

COMMITTEES: All repeaters are working with the exception of Lookout Mountain. Jack will get up there as soon as possible.

OLD BUSINESS: None

NEW BUSINESS: KI7AO made a motion to forgive the debt owed by KD7REM. K7KFM seconded the motion and it was approved by the membership.

The Cle Elum EOC will participate in the state communications exercise on the 31^st of March.

KB7XQ will attend the Centennial Center Board meeting on the 8^th of March to discuss a communication site at the Center.

MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS: There were 22 folks at the Ham orientation class that Bob held. 7 attended a follow-up class on the 7^th. 3 of them attended the RC² meeting on Saturday.

The meeting was adjourned at 0820 hours.
