MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 8:07 A.M. BY President Bill Lowery

REPORTS OF OFFICERS: Treasurer $696.14

Members present: W7TXU Jim, KC7ZUM Ray, KE7GPG Iris, K7RZS Phil, N7XEQ Craig, KC7ZQD Beth, WB7TMV Charlie, KB7XQ Bill, WA7HNH Jack, KD7MDX John, AA7PR Dick, KB7LHE Dian, WA7GYD Gloria, KE7APW Steve, Barb, KE7OZA Bryan.

COMMUNICATIONS: Received a message from Dick, K7KFM, saying that they have held tests at Centralia and his XYL received her Tech license.

Got a sad report that Peggy Judd has lost the battle with cancer. There will be a celebration of life on Sunday the 8^th of June at the Centennial Center at 2:00PM. Thanks to Beth and Craig for bringing a card for the Club members to sign.

COMMITTEES: Steve, KE7APW, reminded the Club that the Runner Stumbles Race will be on July 6^th. Steve will get ahold of the members as necessary for the race.

OLD BUSINESS: We were reminded that the Ales to Rails event will be July 12^th at the Milwaukee Depot. John, KD7MDX, is working with his committee of one to get things organized for a special event station. Thanks for all the effort you have put in John.

The CC100 race will be on the 23^rd & 24^th of August. Bill is still looking for help. Gloria is helping get that going. The question came up about a digital meeting with Tom and Jack. No time set yet.

NEW BUSINESS: The annual potluck dinner at the Burrows’ cabin in the Teanaway will be June 18^th at 4PM. They furnish the meat and the rest to bring other items and deserts.

Steve stated that he needs help for the Runner Stumbles Race.

MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS: On June 20^th there will be a meeting to look at the ARES request for funding with the County.

Bryan, KE7OZA, spoke on the need for various ideas to perk up the interest of the newer amateurs. He had some very interesting thoughts and ideas.

Gloria, WA7GYD, is acting ARES EC while Bill is out of the area.

There were some very nice comments made for the efforts that Gloria puts into publishing the RC2 newsletter. Very nice Gloria..
