MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 8:12 A.M. BY President John Stefani
REPORTS OF OFFICERS: Treasurer $919.52
Members present: AA7PR Dick, KB7LHE Dian, W7TXU Jim, KI7AO Bill, N7XCJ Mary Jo, KC7BUC Elmer, Margaret, KD7MDX John, KC7ZUM Ray, KB7ZYJ Charles, KC7KEM Mike, KD7DGB Jul, Barbara, N7XEQ Craig, KC7ZQD Beth, KC7NTP Hazel, and WA7HNH Jack.
COMMUNICATIONS: The CWU station is still moving along at a steady rate.
COMMITTEES: The Runner Stumbles Race will be deticated to Gideon Schmidt this year. Also the 5K course will be the same as last year. No change in the 10K course. There is a date correction on the Whiskey Dick race. It will be July 25th. The 100 mile race will still be the last weekend in August but the start finish line will be at the Easton Fire Station this year. Time to be announced. Elmer’s race still set for Sep 18th. Still nothing heard about help on the Ellensburg Labor Day parade.
OLD BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS: The 147.36 repeater had a failure last Sunday. Bill Bowden and crew went up on Monday and found a bad power connection to the power amplifier. It was repaired and is back on the air.
MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS: KK7VL, Jim, may be leaving the area it is rumored. Douglas County will not go with BPL but Chelan County is going to test it. Nice to have Elmer, Margaret, Jul, and Barbara back for the summer.
The meeting was adjourned at 0845 hours.
