MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 7:09 A.M. BY President Ray Killian

REPORTS OF OFFICERS:  Treasurer $1006.27

 Members present: W7TXU Jim, KI7AO Bill, KC7BUC Elmer, KB7XQ Bill, WB7TMV Charlie,     AA7PR Dick, KE7CWY Tim, K7RZS Phil, KD7GXL Craig, AC7VT Dwight, KD7WVA Janice, WA7HNH Jack, KC7ZQD Beth, N7XEQ Craig, KB7LHE Dian, Margaret, KD7GXM Susan,           N7XCJ Mary Jo, KC7ZUM Ray, KC7NTP Hazel, and N7KGS Larry.

 COMMUNICATIONS: The Club received a check for $50.00 from KCRA as our share of last years 50K race.

 COMMITTEES: Bill, KI7AO, gave an extensive report on the changes and assignments for positions at the race course. Jack separated the 147.36 from the 442.200 repeater.

 OLD BUSINESS: The jackets were discussed and a motion was made by KB7XQ and seconded by WA7HNH that when John gets an order list the club pay John and then collect from the individuals for the cost of the coats.

 NEW BUSINESS: KI7AO gave a report on the upcoming HIPA training at the KVCH on July 16th at 0900. It will be in the conference room on the second floor.

It was brought up that the Yakima Canyon repeater, 147.24,  needed donations. W7TXU made a motion to donate $100.00 and KI7AO seconded. The treasurer will send a check.

 MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS: The Upper County EOC’s e very close to being installed. We need to determine the quanity of feedline and fittings ordered. The County EOC will start out at Kittcom and later be moved to the Fairgrounds.

KB7XQ moved to move the location for the Club meetings to the Sunset Café. KD7GXM seconded.
