MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 8:00 A.M. BY President Dick Morrison

COMMUNICATIONS: Jack received a flyer stating the facts for the Mike and Key Hamfest March 10^th at the Puyallup Fairgrounds.

The Club received a nice thank you letter from Hazel Moore for the donation to Fire District #7. Also we received a thank you from Fire District #7.

COMMITTEES: All county repeaters are working with the exception of the Lookout machine. Jack suspects a power supply problem.

OLD BUSINESS: A Group met and discussed what went right/wrong with the power outage last year.

ARES will make a MOU with the Red Cross and present it to the Senior Center Board on the 8^th of February.

NEW BUSINESS: Next weekend will be the SET. NC7C will be the only county station that will be participating. W7USR will be at Camp Murray during the exercise. Tom will find out opinions on which forms should be used for these exercises.

Upcoming events are 10 March Mike & Key Hamfest at Puyallup, 31 March Communication Academy, and 31 March Yakima Canyon Race.

KI7AO, Bill, announced that he is stepping down as organizer for the Runner Stumbles Race. We need a volunteer to fill this spot, PLEASE.

MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS: Bob Wieking is organizing a informational class for the public to see what Amateur Radio is about. This will be on 20 February at 1800 at CWU,

The annual Pizza Party for the Odd Fellows will be 21 February, 1700 at the Pizza Hut.

Don’t forget that effective 23 February the code requirement will no longer be required.

N7aaw, Boyd, will be our auctioneer for the auction today.

The Club cleared $109.00 on the auction. Thanks to Tom and others who donated things for the auction.
