UKCARC MEETING 2 December, 2007

MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 8:00 A.M. BY Vice President Bill Lowery

REPORTS OF OFFICERS: Treasurer $1745.56

Members present: KB7XQ Bill, KC7ZUM Ray, W7TXU Jim, KC7KEM Mike, WA7HNH Jack, and KE7OZA Bryan.

COMMUNICATIONS: NONE

COMMITTEES: NONE

OLD BUSINESS: KD7MDX wasn’t present for a current report on the Milwaukee Depot radio project.

Several members from Kittitas County attended the Section meeting at Yakima last month.

NEW BUSINESS: Bill, KB7XQ, suggested putting together a one page information sheet on local repeaters and Clubs along with there meeting times. Also it would contain contact points for more information. Bill is going to start on this and will be looking for possible help.

KC7ZUM made a motion that the Club authorize a $250.00 budget for the Milwaukee Depot project. WA7HNH seconded the motion and it was voted and excepted.

WA7HNH will find the date that the Boy Scouts are meeting in January as they are interested in a short half hour or so demonstration of Ham Radio.
