UKCARC MEETING 7 December,2003

MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 8:26 A.M. BY President Beth Rogers

1. REPORTS OF OFFICERS: Treasurer $1014.74 Members present:

W7TXU Jim, KC7ZQD Beth, N7XEQ Craig, KD7OZN Mike, KC7KEM Mike, KD7MDX John, KC7ZUM Ray, WA7HNH Jack.

2. COMMUNICATIONS: Elmer is going to be communications chief for the Quartzsite parade.

3. COMMITTEES: The Ham class was a great success. We have 6 new Amateurs in the county. A great deal of thanks go to Bill Bowden for his devoted efforts to make this classes a success.

Search and Rescue snowmobile training will be on the second Thursday and third Saturday of the month. The location is to be announced.

4. OLD BUSINESS:

5. NEW BUSINESS: It was moved and seconded to buy the replacement radio for the Cle Elum APRS node. The transmitter died on the old radio.

6. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS: Charlie, WB7TMV, said to tell everyone hello from Mexico.

7. The meeting was adjourned at 0900 hours.
