MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 8:00 A.M. BY President Dick Morrison

Members present: W7TXU Jim, KE7GPG Iris, KI7AO Bill, N7XCJ Mary Jo, WB7TMV Charlie, K7RZS Phil, AA7PR Dick, KB7LHE Dian, W7USR Tom, KB7XQ Bill, KC7BUC Elmer, Margaret, WA7HNH Jack, KE7APW Steve, Barbara, K7KFM Dick, KC7ZUM Ray, KD7DGB Jul, Barbara, and KD7GXL Craig.
COMMUNICATIONS: KE7BRS, Ken, sent an email asking for volunteers on the 50K race coming up in September. Anyone wanting to help on this race can email Ken.
COMMITTEES: It has been decided that the Clubs annual dinner will be on September 8th. That is Saturday night and the time will be 1800 hours (6PM). The event will be at the Homestead in Cle Elum. The date was offered at both Club meetings and the 8th seemed to meet with common approval.
OLD BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS: In about 2 weeks W7FEH and KI7AO will be installing radios and antenna at the Public Health building in Ellensburg. The radios received through a Life Support grant are going to be installed at the Easton Fire Station today. There will be a memorial service on August 18th to celebrate the life of Boyd Wear. K7RZS passed a paper looking for VE’s to help him at the Ellensburg test sessions. KI7AO discussed the requirements for the 100 mile race this month. Also all participants are invited to breakfast Saturday morning on race day at the Easton Fire Station. Thank You Easton Fire Fighters and Chief McKee, KD7GXL.
MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS: Thanks to Elmer the Club gave Dick and Dian a book and a very nice framed picture of their cabin. Thank You Dian and Dick for all the fine potlucks at your cabin. Dick thanked the Club for the Echolink and autopatch which they use from the cabin. All repeaters are working at this time.
