Also available is the Waiver of Standard Repeater Spacing form. Please note that 'This form is to be used when a repeater does not meet WPRC's spacing policies and the trustee must obtain a waiver of spacing from another trustee.' Please note that this form is included in the package listed above, although you can simply click on the words Waiver of Standard Repeater Spacing to view this form.
Lastly you can obtain and print a copy of the Official Record Of Interference form (WPRC-104). Please note that this form is not included in the above two packages of coordination forms. This form is to be used to report any interference problems that you experience. Please click on the words Official Record of Interference to view the form.
