WP4LYV/1

I have been involved in Amateur Radio since 1993 when I recieved my Tech No-Code. AFter 6 months I went for my Tech+. After the FCC dropped the other code requirments, I decided to go for my General. Now my favorite band is 17 meter.

In 1992 I moved from Fairfield CA to Roosevelt Roads NAS in Puerto Rico. After 2 wonderful years in the Caribbean, I moved up here to New Hampshire.

Since I have been old enough to drive, I have always wanted to work different countries from my car. Well, after some wheelin-n-dealin, I got an Alinco DX70T. This radio has HF + 6 meter capability, so I can have the best of both worlds. Also in my car I have a Dual-Band Kenwood TMG-707A. After looking at the Kenwood site for a modification, I opened it up and clipped a wire. Now I have recieve from 30Khz to 999.995 MHz in my car, with Tx capability from 160m to 440MHz.

Below are some pictures of my Operating Conditions. Some pictures are rather large, so I apologize.
