NOTES:

This contest took place at W9IU's QTH.  The WN9O site was still under
massive renovation at the time the contest was taking place..  It was decided
the antenna construction continue in consideration of the cold winter weather
approaching.  WN9O was doing tower work, while 1/4 mile away W9IU
was operating with his 90' tower and antenna system.
