(left picture) W9FAM-Vern pounding the airwaves; (middle picture) Shift change - NA9U-John sitting white shirt, N9JLX-Scott blue shirt getting up, W9FAM-Vern at the keyboard, W9PC-Mark working in the background. All pictures taken at the CW trailer; (right picture) A picture of the CW shack used for FD2005, if you carefully look the end of the dipole antenna's connect to the fiberglass telescoping mast to the right of the trailer.

W9PC - SSB Station

(left picture) KC9DYM-Kevin (left) and WM9M-Terry (right) are driving home the SSB contacts using the W9PC station identifier. (right picture) KC9ERL-Bill (left), WM9M (middle) and KC9DHI-Bruce are getting the dipole antenna line shot into the trees. Each dipole used took advantage of either the 60-80' tree canopy or the 100' manlift at the center of the camp.

W9AH - GOTA Station

During FD2005, the camp used for our activities was shared with several Boy Scout troops who were happy to participate. This young man was working with KC9ERL-Bill to make his first contact which helped make a few bonus points for the club with an under 18 contact. Now is that a smile?

(left picture) A group of Boy Scouts waiting for their try at making a few contacts. (right picture) W9PC-Mark providing a few last minutes instructions just before the whistle blows to start FD 2005.

(left picture) KB9ZNN-Duane, KC9ERL-Bill, K9FUE-Bill, and KC9DHI-Bruce have a few down minutes to enjoy fun, sun, and fellowship. (right picture) A picture of the club trailer, used of our first event.
