Steve likes to construct some of his own equipment. Presently he is building a desktop linear. It is a 1 KW input all solid state amplifier using 4 RF MOSFETs, and should produce slightly over 500 watts output to the antenna. The project includes writing an article about the experience. I really like to go camping. To me there isn’t a more relaxing thing to do than sit in the woods, listening to the birds, and talk to Val. Steve enjoys doing community service events also. |

Val also enjoys special events and community service as well. You have probably seen her at such events as the “Baylor Pass Trail Run”, and the “Super Bowl Sunday 10K Run”. Her other hobbies include such things as collecting spoons from around the country, and stuffed animals. She also has a small collection of coffee mugs. Her favorite items to collect, though, are Kokopelli. |

Our Feline member of the family is Jazz. She is definitely the ruler of the house, and knows it. Her hobby is to chase bugs, and as the defender of the home, she keeps neighboring dogs at bay! Her favorite toy is a battery powered mouse that squeaks whenever it is touched. |
