Quick Reference Data

Name: 6C4
Use:
Miniature tube used in smaller receivers as a local oscillator in FM and other high- frequency circuits. It may also be used as a class C rf amplifier. In class C service it delivers a power output of 5.5 watts at HF, and 2.5 watts at 150 MHz (VHF). Might be used as a QRP power osc.
Notes: Tube requires a miniature 7-pin socket and may be mounted in any position.
