Hello Hemant,
 As far as I know, you won't see the inbuilt termination(also called as
on-die termination) as a separate component in the IBIS file. When you take
the V-I measurements with the termination,definitely it will be different
from the one without a termination. So the changed V-I characteristics(I
think the power clamp and ground clamp characteristics will get changed)
itself will take care of the termination. Hence, if you have got the proper
IBIS model whose V-I curves take care of the termination, that's enough for
simulation.
Any suggestions/comments are welcome.
