[SI-LIST] : si-list malfunction last night

Anyone who issued commands to [email protected] or
tried posting to the list between last night at around 8pm (pst)
until this morning at around 9 am may not have been successful
in their commands or posting.

Due to a local problem on our LAN some of the libraries the Perl
interpreter looks for in the execution of the majordomo software
were not accessible which caused varied malfunctions. Hopefully
things are back to normal now.
