Hi Won:

The Topology Specification (TOPSPEC) facility is frequently utilized to
define
the topology of a multi-nodal RLC block (although usually limited to only
one- or
two-port networks) in the model file. The topology section is inserted
within
 TOPSPEC and ENDTOPSPEC statements and can be referenced by the
topology (.top) file via three possible means.

I suggest to review sections of the XTK/TLC User Manual which describe
TOPSPEC applications, or to contact the Innoveda technical support.
