Something always leaves me wondering about "fixing" running
traces across splits by using caps. With all the previous
discussions about decoupling caps vs frequency response, does
the technique really work?

At low frequencies, say down below the 300 MHz range, I would
expect some benefit. But, I'm in doubt with high freqs.

Personally, I've never used them.
