My most humble apologies to the designers who
provide a quality service and knowledge base to
the designers, and yes there are quite a few of
y'all. I think that my point was meant to be that
in all skills there are a bell curve distribution
of ablities and an engineer needs to consider this
as part of the solution space. It is simply the
converse of the ill informed design engineer trying
to drive constraints down your throat that in your
informed opinion will not work. but enough of this.

Again, anyone who was offended please accept my
apology.

At least in your second to last sentence you admit that
these individuals exist, so I am not entirely off base.

Best regards and Happy Holidays,

MG

(Mike, I think you could also offer an apology to your remark about us
PCB Designers not wanting to listen to ideas to make our jobs easier.
Your company might employ some narrow minded designers, but that's not
the case with many of the designers I know. I'll be watching.)
