Hi, Michael:

I think I should correct your claim that Ansoft's full-wave SPICE is the
only one can yields a rigorous Spice equivalent circuit that is valid across
a broad bandwidth. Zeland Software, Inc. is offering the MDSPICE which can
perform spice simulation based upon wide frequency range s-sparameter
response. For the MDSPICE 2.0 to be released, it normally can yield time
delay can meet the casuality conditions. Zeland Software, Inc. also offers
high efficiency and high accuracy electromagneitc simulator which can
provide accurate and wide range frequency responses on high frequency and
high speed circuits. Thanks!

Best regards,

Special Announcements: (1) IE3D 8.0 will be released soon. The IE3D 8.0 has
implementation of boxed Green's functions, periodic Green's functions, and
advanced iterative matrix solvers for large structures. Using the AIMS
matrix solvers, you will be able to solve large RF IC and antenna array
problems. An example of an 8 by 8 antenna array takes less than 100 MB RAM
to solve on the AIMS III matrix solver. (2) The s-parameter SPICE simulator
MDSPICE 2.0 is going to be released. The MDSPICE 2.0 has a robust time
domain engine accepting s-parameters from full wave simulators. Its time
domain simulation normally can guarantee the casuality conditions. (3) The
FIDELITY 3.0 is formally released. It has many good features to enhance 3D
modeling in wireless communications; (4) IE3D 7.1 is being released. The
IE3D 7.X is a big step from IE3D 6.0 according to its optimization
capability. It has the implementation of symbolic optimization goals. It als
features integrated IE3D+CURVIEW+PATTERNVIEW for automated pattern
calculation and optimization.
