Alex,
Is it possible the part number is wrong? Murata part no. BLM11HA601SG has a
self resonance at about 600 MHz, |Z| ~ 700 ohms, at zero DC current. As DC
current increases the low frequency inductance decreases and the resonance moves
up to about 1 GHz. The advantage that this part has is the equivalent parallel
capacitance is very low ( <0.2 pF) making it effective for filtering very high
frequencies.
