Mr. Chchang,

For V/I measurements I use KEITHLEY's Digital SourceMeter model 2400.

The tool run automatically from stating point (V) to final point (V) with
steps (mV) that you program and come out with V-I values.

(It cost me less than $5K and is GPIB controlled)
