Hi, SI engineers

I am trying to find a easy way to get out of the inter-operability problem in
HSPICE simulations.

This general problem involves two semiconductor vendor models. Assume
they are vendor A and Vendor B. Vendor A's driver drives Vendor B's
receiver, or vise verse.

Assume in vendor A's model, the 'scale' parameter must be 1. In vendor B's
model, the 'scale' parameter must be 0.5. Since the '.OPTION SCALE' is
the global parameter (my understanding), either 'scale=1' or 'scale=0.5'
could cause errors in the simulations. Is there anyway to define the 'scale'
parameter as local parameter? I could find the easy solution from the
HSPICE manual. To let the vendor change their models is not easy as well.

Thanks!
