Hi,

is anybody out there aware of the limits of Ansofts Turbo Package
Analyzer when it comes higher Frequencies (Multi-GHz-Range, Broadband
Applications) and large signal-counts ?

Did somebody study the accuracy of the models generated by TPA for
different routing topologies ? How accurate are their models for
packages with multi-plane routes ?
